Goodricke manufactures the Oolong teas from Darjeeling gardens. Oolong tea is a unique tea, which does not fall in the category of Black or Green tea, since neither it is fully oxidized like the black tea and nor does it remain unoxidized like the green tea. It is partially oxidized to bring about the perfect taste and aroma. That is the reason the “Oolong tea” has a mixed taste of both black and green tea.
